Project Execution & Client Partnership Policy

Our Commitment

At Biz Reach Pro, we're dedicated to delivering impactful SMS campaigns and marketing projects through seamless communication and efficient execution. This policy outlines our collaborative approach to fulfilling your project needs, including timelines, communication strategies, and shared responsibilities.

Project Lifecycle

Kickoff & Setup:

  • Upon payment confirmation, you'll receive a welcome email and SMS within 24 hours detailing your project roadmap and next steps.

  • A dedicated campaign strategist will be assigned to guide you through the process.

  • Campaign onboarding requires a 5-business-day setup period.

  • You'll receive clear instructions to provide essential information and access your campaign dashboard.

Campaign Timeline & Deliverables:

  • SMS campaigns and marketing projects are structured for a 17-business-day execution period, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

  • Your campaign strategist will provide a comprehensive schedule with key milestones, draft delivery dates, and final campaign outputs.

Collaborative Partnership:

  • Prompt delivery of required information and approvals from you is crucial for timely campaign execution.

  • We'll primarily communicate via SMS and email, with scheduled calls available for in-depth discussions.

Refinement & Optimization:

Biz Reach Pro includes one revision on delivered campaign materials to ensure your satisfaction.

Additional revisions may incur fees.

Revision requests must be submitted within five business days of receiving the campaign deliverables.

Campaign Deployment & Reporting:

  • Final campaign deliverables will be provided via email or a secure online portal, as agreed upon during project kickoff.

  • You'll receive a detailed campaign performance report, summarizing outcomes and providing recommendations for future initiatives.

Ongoing Campaign Support:

Support is available Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

New support requests, or new projects will require a new service engagement.

Campaign Cancellation:

  • Campaigns are managed on a month-to-month basis.

  • A 30-day written cancellation notice is required, sent to [email protected].

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the next billing cycle will be processed for the following month.

Payment Processing:

In the event of a failed payment, we'll notify you via email to arrange an alternative payment method.

A 7-day grace period is provided for payment resolution.

Campaign execution may be paused until payment is received.

Repeated payment failures may result in campaign termination.

Campaign Adjustments:

Due to the dynamic nature of SMS campaigns and marketing projects, refunds are generally not offered once campaign work has begun.

We are committed to resolving any client concern through revisions and direct support.

Cancellations within 48 hours of initial payment may receive a full refund if no campaign work has commenced.
